Our Return Policy
Our return policy is very simple:
- If we can’t solve the problem, the money is refunded.
What Cases Are Not Covered?
Only three situations are excluded from our warranty:
- Used Licenses: Refunds cannot be provided for licenses that have already been used.
- Return period: Orders outside the return window period are not covered.
- Compatibility Not Verified: If the product purchased is not compatible with the customer’s system and the customer did not verify compatibility before purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
However, we do offer an exchange in such cases. Upon confirmation, the customer will purchase a compatible product, and the original (unused) purchase will be refunded, since the original cannot be legally resold.
Complaints
If customers feel their rights have been violated, they may file a complaint in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy. Complaints should be submitted via:

Resolution Timeline: THE SOFTWARE KINGS strives to resolve complaints within 3 days of receipt.
Termination and Refunds
Since the products sold on the website are digital in nature (activation codes), customers may request a refund only if the code has not been used, and the request is submitted through the Customer Help section of the website within 14 days of delivery.
