At Software Kings, we are committed to customer satisfaction. All purchases include post-purchase support to assist with delivery, installation, and activation of the digital product key
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Submitting a refund request within the 60-day window does not guarantee automatic approval. Our support team will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue, which may include:
- Activation assistance
- Compatibility verification
- Troubleshooting technical errors
A full refund may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The Product key has not been activated
- The request is submitted within the 60-day refund window
- System compatibility was confirmed prior to purchase, when applicable
To assess the request, we may ask for screenshots, error messages, or additional information.
3. Replacement & Support Policy
If a product key fails to activate or function as intended due to technical issues or invalid delivery, customers are eligible for replacement assistance at no additional cost.
Once a Product Key has been activated, refunds are no longer available. In these cases, support is provided through troubleshooting or replacement, when applicable.
4. Invalid or Defective Keys
If a delivered key is invalid, faulty, or technically unusable, customers may request:
- A replacement key, or
- A refund, provided the key has not been activated and the request is within the 60-day refund window
Supporting information may be required to process these cases.
5. Non-Defective Product Requests
If a customer is unable to use a valid product key due to installation difficulties or configuration issues, our support team will assist with setup and activation.
If the issue cannot be resolved and the key has not been activated, a refund may be granted within the 60-day window.
6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request assistance, please contact our support team via the Customer Help section and include:
- Product name
- Order number
- Purchase email
- Description of the issue (screenshots may be required)
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider.
Replacement keys are issued once the issue is confirmed.
8. Our Commitment
If a product-related issue cannot be resolved through support or replacement, we will offer a refund or replacement in accordance with this policy.
