Scope of Support
TheSoftwareKings.com provides post-purchase support limited to installation guidance, activation assistance, and verification of product key functionality for the digital product key delivered at purchase.
Support does not include software development, customization, feature training, or modifications beyond standard installation and activation steps.
Product Key Functionality
If a delivered product key fails to activate or function as intended prior to activation, customers may contact support for assistance.
Where a technical issue is verified, we may provide:
- Troubleshooting assistance, or
- A replacement product key, when appropriate
Activated Product Keys
Once a product key has been successfully activated, it is considered used.
Activated product keys are not eligible for refunds.
Support may still be provided to assist with activation-related issues, where reasonable.
Exclusions
Support and replacement assistance do not apply in cases involving:
- Improper use of the software
- Use outside the product’s intended system requirements
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party tools
- Use of cracks, activators, or circumvention methods
- Use on more devices or users than permitted by the product
Product Use
Product keys are provided for use in accordance with the software publisher’s applicable license terms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and compliance with those terms prior to activation.
