Our Return Policy
Our return policy is very simple:
- If we can’t solve the problem, the money is refunded.
What Cases Are Not Covered?
Only two situations are excluded from our warranty:
- Used Licenses: Refunds cannot be provided for licenses that have already been used.
- Expired Warranty: Orders outside the warranty period are not covered.
Complaints
If customers feel their rights have been violated, they may file a complaint in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy. Complaints should be submitted via:

Resolution Timeline: THE SOFTWARE KINGS strives to resolve complaints within 3 days of receipt.
Refund Policy for Unused Products
If a customer purchases a product and has not used the code provided by THE SOFTWARE KINGS, they can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. In this scenario, THE SOFTWARE KINGS shall refund the customer, who in turn, shall return the product unused.
Any disputes or controversies arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the appropriate court of the United States, in accordance with its jurisdiction.
If the refund request is accepted, THE SOFTWARE KINGS will refund the customer using the same original payment method.
Termination and Refunds
Since the products sold on the Website are digital in nature (activation codes), the customer has the possibility to request a refund provided that the product purchased (activation code) has not been used. The refund request must be processed in the Customer Help section of the website within 14 days of delivery by THE SOFTWARE KINGS.
Our promise is that, if we are unable to resolve your issue, you will receive a full refund – with the aforementioned warranty and license usage exceptions.
