Warranty Period

We automatically provide a 1-year warranty with all orders.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Defects caused by improper use of the software.
• Licenses used by the customer.
• Unauthorized modifications.
• Use in inappropriate hardware or software environments.
• Use of triggers or “crackers”.
• Use of the license on multiple devices.

Defect Resolution

In the event of defects in the software, the customer is offered the following options:

• Repair the defect.
• Replace the software.

Grant of Rights in Software and Permitted Use

This clause is exclusive to the acquisition of software. Upon completion of payment, the customer obtains a non-exclusive and unlimited right to use the software as stipulated in the contract. The software can only be used by a certain number of users, corresponding to the amount purchased.

Actions permitted under this license include:

• Installing the software.
• Loading it into memory.
• Using it according to its intended function.

The customer also has the right to create a backup copy of the software if deemed necessary to ensure its future use.
